Job Bank is introducing a new e-mail notification system which will let employers know if a change or a transaction has been performed in their Job Bank for Employer (JBFE) account. This change will require that authorized users within the same employer account have unique e-mails. Find out more about the new e-mail notification system.
As part of its enhanced security measures, JBFE is letting you know when changes or transactions are happening in employers` account. To ensure each account is secured, authorized users that have identical e-mail addresses will be notified to modify one or more authorized user profiles. Monitor your inbox closely in case you receive such a request to modify your information.
If you receive a notification for a change or transaction that you did not complete, please report it immediately by contacting your provincial/territorial service agency or Job Bank at jobbank@workingincanada.gc.ca

You should be aware that once your information is displayed on the Internet, it becomes public information. Job Bank has no control on how third parties will use the information once information is posted on Job Bank. "Third parties" have access to this data and may attempt to "re-package" this data for display through other sites or media, often without your knowledge or explicit consent.
Are you a third party representing an employer or company? If yes, the authorized user of the account will be marking the check box and complete the section for Third Party Representative. This step will facilitate user identification, especially when there are multiple authorized users.
To facilitate the tracking of jobs intended for temporary foreign workers, an indicator has been put in place where employers can express their intention to hire from outside of Canada if a suitable Canadian candidate cannot be found. Please note that this information will not be displayed on your job advertisement and is only used for statistical purposes.
